How everyone doing today?, i hope everyone doing awesome. So anyway today i’m going to talk about healthy recipes that low in calories.
You can read calories as an energies, they are units of energy with two broad categories. The first one is small calorie or gram calorie: this one is approximate amount of energy needed to raise the temperature of one gram of water by one degree Celsius. The second one is The large calorie or kilogram calorie: also known as the food calorie and similar names, the category is defined in terms of the kilogram rather than the gram. It is equal to 1000 small calories i.e. 1 kilocalorie.
The human intakes of calories are different from male and females, adult and children. So lets have some minutes learning about the intake of calories to make sure that we get the right intake. The Health authorities around the world find it hard to agree the intake of calories their citizens should ideally consume. The US government says the average man requires 2,700 calories per day and the average woman 2,200, while the NHS (National Health Service) in UK says it should be 2,500 and 2,000 respectively.
The Amount of calories we take in foods it could be something bad for our healthy, or it could be unnecessary for our bodies so in case you want to eat something have low calories. I got you in today’s post i’m going to mention some of healthy and low in calories snacks.
1-First snack is Parmesan Carrot Fries:
Okay the first one we are going to look at is the Parmesan Carrot Fries. Roast your carrots and top them with some fresh Parmesan and basil for a sweet and savory treat and that will packs only 83 calories per serving.
2-Second snack is Raw Rainbow Collard Greens Wrap:
Are you bored from one color snack ? or maybe two colors snack ?, well its time for you to change that, with the raw rainbow collared green wrap you can have a colorful snack, and of course its healthy because it Packed with hummus, carrots, bell peppers, cucumbers and more, this leafy roll-up will leave you satisfied. This snack packed with 113 calories.
3-Third snack is Vegan Artichoke Dip:
Okay the third one is the vegan artichoke dip, i’m talking about the puree of artichokes. It packed with white beans, and green chilies, shallots and spices. This snack packed with 73 calories, that means its good for having in the list of your snacks.
4-Fourth snack is Ham and Egg Sweet Potato Toast:
The fourth one would be the Ham and egg sweet potato toast snack, this snack is good for post-workout, so if you want a post-workout snack this would be the good option you can pick. Okay now lets know why. The Sweet potatoes provide filling fiber and carbohydrates, the ham and egg offer protein to help build muscle, the snack also packed with spinach which a good source of magnesium, which often gets lost in sweat, and carbohydrates for replenishing glycogen stores.
This is the highest one in calories in the list which packed with 114 calories, still i think its low in calories and also it depend on how much you want to take. If you want less than 100, i have also listed it in the list, and if you want to pass the 100 but little i also listed that as well.
