Healthy Smoothie Recipes For Your Workout

Hey Everyone!!

In the previous article i mentioned about a new episode for the krivenien show that would be today but i’m sorry to tell you that there will be no episode today, and that due to the preparation for the new feature that i will add to my blog. I’m sure everyone will love but it take time to get it done so as soon as i get it done i will try to post a new episode.

Do you workout ?,do you go to the gym?, if so then that’s awesome because i got you something that will help you out and charge your workout. Working-out is what build and grow our muscles which amazing but have you heard that working-out alone is not as good as when you add some stuff like proteins. So today i’m not going to talk about proteins i will talk about healthy smoothie recipes For your workout.

 

1-First smoothie is Banana-Walnut Bliss:

We gonna start with this awesome smoothie called banana-walnut bliss, According to research published in the online scientific journal PLoS One, consuming a banana during a workout is as beneficial as a sports drink. And Additional to this the banana provide antioxidants, potassium and other nutritional benefits. Adding walnuts increases your protein and healthy-fats intake.

 

2-Second smoothie is Oat Cocoa:

Okay The second one followed with Oat Cocoa, this awesome smoothie contain cocoa which makes it beneficial. There is a recent study in Canada reported that overweight women who exercised regularly and followed a high-dairy (and calorie-restricted) diet for four months lost fat and gained 1 1/2 pounds of calorie-burning lean body mass. Adding Milk and other dairy products may help regulate appetite, and its protein can build muscle.

 

3-Third smoothie is Blueberry Avocado Layered:

Do you love blueberry?, well because  the third one will be Blueberry Avocado Layered. This smoothie packed combination of fruit and vegetables and that means this smoothie have something great for our body. The  blueberries contain antioxidants and the avocado can control the fats in our body so it can give us a healthy body. This smoothie also packed with proteins  about 11g  of protein, and also it packed with  5g of fiber.

 

4-Fourth smoothie is Citrus Energy-Boosting:

Do you feel low in energy ?, you cant finish the workout and you need energy, well the citrus is good and it could do the job. This smoothie packed with healthy stuff such as spinach and fruits, and the spinach provides the body with an iron boost while the citrus fruits offer up natural sugars and folate. This smoothie is an alternative to coffee, soda, and other energy supplements, because its natural energy boosting.

 

5-Fifth smoothie is Peach-Vanilla Yogurt:

The last smoothie for this article is going to be the Peach-Vanilla Yogurt, there is two jobs that will help you with your workout when you add this smoothie to your drink, One is the peach is great way to keep your system healthy while you workout, if you do not keep your system healthy during your workout there will be some like blocks that will insulting your workout. Two the yogourt contain calcium which means it prefect for your bones, you got to keep your bones strong because the workout gonna destroy it if you workout with weak bones.
