I’v talked about the breakfast recipes, and today’s post i’m going to talk about recipes for dinner. Just like the breakfast but you don’t start your day, you end your day with healthy recipe, imagine start your healthy and end it healthy, that would be awesome.
Okay Before i start the post i just want to mention that this is not for cooking purpose, there will not be how to cook stuff, only benefits and healthy information. So that’s it lets start it up, hope you enjoy it!
1-First Recipe is Cauliflower Chowder:
The first one i’m going to talk about is the Cauliflower Chowder,i’m not really into chicken meals in the dinner, and that because it take time to finish the digestion, and therefor you cant sleep early you have to wait till the digestion finish. So easy meals like this is much better, one because it light and easy(doesn’t take alot of time for the digestion finish), and two because it have healthy benefits such as this mean contain Sodium.
There is more that this meal contain, for example this meal also contain Protein, to be honest with you guys i haven’t tried it yet but i know, i mean i’m sure its healthy.
2-Second recipe is Double Crunch Honey Garlic Pork Chops:
Okay the second one is the Double Crunch Honey Garlic Pork Chops, what an a long name for this meal, but that doesn’t make unhealthy. This meal contain more than one benefits, which is amazing. I haven’t tried it as well but listen this meal contain eggs, and the eggs have benefits, and also it contain pepper and also this have benefits, see?
Its full of amazing Ingredients that full of awesome benefits, and i think its light, which mean the digestion system can handle easy.
3-Third recipe is Lentil And Goat Cheese Casserole:
Alright the third one is Lentil And Goat Cheese Casserole, this meal is perfect for those who following a plant-based diet that because they provide protein to keep your body satiated and strong. This casserole bringing some flavor and texture to otherwise simple, earthy lentils with veggies, garlic, and goat cheese.
If you want to know if this meal healthy or not, i’m going to tell that, this meal is healthy and if you don’t believe me. What if i tell you that this meal contain olive oil, that mean it hold the olive oil’s benefits.
4-Fourth recipe is Spinach Lasagna Rolls:
Okay the fourth recipe it contain spinach and that’s easy to say it’s healthy. This is one of those family friendly recipes everyone in your home will love, a great way to get your kids to eat spinach too.
The meal of course is full of benefits from what it contain, so you cant say its not healthy. It contain eggs and parmesan cheese (Parmesan cheese is a hard, granular cheese. The name “Parmesan” is often used generically for various simulations of this cheese).
5-Fifth recipe is Zucchini Noodles With Cilantro Lime Chicken:
Alright everyone i guess this is the last recipe for today’s post. So the Zucchini Noodles With Cilantro Lime Chicken provides a perfect substitution to pasta noodles with a very low amount of carbohydrates and you don’t even realize that it’s not pasta.
This meal contain limes and salt, well that mean it have some good benefits for the our body.
