Today’s post gonna be new to the blog. Its new idea i have decided to add because its important as the other ideas i have added to this blog, anyway today’s post gonna start a new category and its recipes.
I assume you have already guessed what i will talk about in this category, i’m going to post about different healthy recipes. We are going to start this new idea with healthy recipes for breakfast.
When you wake up in morning,and eat the same meal everyday. It kind sucks so we need to try different meals, and get more and more vitamins and different chemical Elements. This is why i want to include this topic in my blog.
I want to help people reach different recipes. Okay enough talk and lets start the post, hope you enjoy. Of course i’m going to use the list-best style in this topic but i’m going to make with different colors.
1-First recipe is Sweet Potato and Black Bean:
We going to start with the sweet potato and black bean recipe,and if you read the title carefully you will find that it include the sweet potato. And i have talked about that in the krivenien show yesterday if you remember, if you missed the episode, make sure you check it here.
Anyway that mean this recipe contain vitamin a,which healthy. The black bean i haven’t talked about that but it contain an chemical elements and other vitamins, i will talk about it in the future but it contain the Calcium and the iron from chemical elements, and Vitamin B-6 from vitamins. It will take so much to write the benefits of it but i’m going to host it in the blog in future posts.
Sorry this did not made for cooking and stuff, this only give you the information you need to know why its healthy recipe. So if you don’t know how to cook it, you have to google, sorry about that!
2-Second recipe is Avocado Toast With Egg:
Coming second the avocado toast with egg. I’m sure everyone know the eggs and the toast,and just like the first recipe, the eggs contain vitamin a as i mentioned in the episode yesterday, and not only vitamin a but also Vitamin D. The eggs contain also chemical Elements but its less than the vitamins.
The toasts are sliced bread and they also contain chemical Elements,but its the opposite of the first one “The Eggs”. It contain vitamins but fewer than the chemical Elements.
3-Third one is Coconut Yogurt Quinoa Muffins:
Okay so coming next is the coconut and yogurt mixed together so it make an healthy recipe for morning. This is muffins so i think it should added to something, you cant eat it alone. And the reason its not gonna make feel full, but its so much healthy, i recommend you to add to breakfast.
The coconut, i think everyone know the coconut by so far, and its water. Its so healthy and it have iron and vitamin c, and little bit of Calcium. The yogurt is also healthy, and its popular, it contain Calcium and vitamin B-12.
4-Fourth one is Oatmeal Squares:
First the oatmeal is made of hulled oat grains groats that have either been ground, steel-cut, or rolled. Ground oats are also called “white oats”. Steel-cut oats are known as “coarse oatmeal” or “Irish oatmeal”. I haven’t really tried it yet but i think its tasty, and what i know its healthy. It contain vitamin A,a little bit and it contain iron and also Calcium and last thing is vitamin B-6. So that mean its healthy to eat,and its awesome that you get vitamins in the morning.
5-Fifth one is Bruschetta:
This the last one, and in case you haven’t heard about it, the Bruschetta is an Italian recipe, and its an antipasto from Italy consisting of grilled bread rubbed with garlic and topped with olive oil and salt. Variations may include toppings of tomato, vegetables, beans, cured meat, or cheese.
By reading the ingredients its pretty obvious that its healthy recipe and its different because its from italy,so you can try other country’s recipes.
