Benefits of Apple (Red Apple)

You reading a health post?,What happened to the travel topic ?,Whats going on?,well All of sudden i decided to change the topic to more important topic, something we all need to know and get in our life.


I kept my places articles and the one i have took early  aside for now,I think this is what i should start with,and in the future i will bring it back and add more and more,make sure to visit the about page if you want to know more about the new topic, and what we gonna talk about in this blog.


I’m just gonna start the post,Anyway We gonna Start By The Benefits of The Apple,Almost everyone in this world know what is the apple,but almost everyone in this world doesn’t know what it can do to  our heath,in matter fact they dont’ eat the apples,why?, i think probably because they dont like it,but when they know what it can do to the health system i’m sure they will start eat it anyway,if you already know it, then its good to remind yourself,if you dont know what it can do to our health system, its probably the best chance to know it well.


Before i start to mention it’s benefits,let me talk about the apple, well the apple  have different types, and each type have a color which it define it,there is a green apple and there is a red apple,they have almost the same benefits and functions but there is something different we will know it later,and there is also many different colored apples, but we gonna focus on only the green and red one.

I think we all know the quote that says “one apple a day keep away from doctor”,Which mean its so healthy and something great for our health system,which mean its important to keep in our diet, that was proved by a lot of studies, so that mean there is no doubt about it.


1-First one is “Improving neurological health“:

The Apple contain something that help improving neurological health, and that called “quercetin “, and it’s one of two compounds that helped to reduce cellular death that is caused by oxidation and inflammation of neurons,this is was in a study report in 2006.

There is another study that reported, the apple juice consumption may increase the production in the brain of the essential neurotransmitter acetylcholine, resulting in improved memory among mice who have Alzheimer’s-like symptoms.

What make us fat?,eating a lot of food and fats is something that could make us fat, so the apple have something that will help you to not get fat,apple contain fibers and Water which is a good thing that will make you feel better and eat less,of course there is a study that reported, people who eat before the meal time, they feel fuller than who doesn’t eat apple before the meal time.


3-Third one is “Lower bad cholesterol“:

A Bad Cholesterol harm the body, so the apple have the ability to reduce the bad Cholesterol in the body,The apple contain a  soluble fiber found in apples binds with fats in the intestine, which translates into lower cholesterol levels which helps you to keep your body healthier,that was proved by a group of researchers Florida State University.


4-Fourth one is “Reducing risk of stroke“:

I’m not sure About that but,the apple as it says in the study report, that the apple is good and help to decrease  risk of thrombotic stroke,To be honest i’m not a doctor to talk about that but as it says in the study report.


5-Fifth one is “Lower Risk of Diabetes“:

The Apple contain polyphenols which  help prevent tissue damage to beta cells in the pancreas,The Beta cells produce insulin in the body,and it could be damaged with two type of diabetes, so the apple can reduce the risk of getting this diabetes to 28%, which is good for the health system as long as it stay low.


6-sixth one is “Teeth’s Health“:

You may have heard about apple good for teeth, and that’s right, a bite of apple can help you to get healthier teeth and thats by production of saliva in your mouth,and also reducing tooth decay by lowering the levels of bacteria.


7-seventh one is “Curb sorts of cancers“:

Scientists from the American Association for Cancer Research, among others, agree that the consumption of flavonol-rich apples could help reduce your risk of developing pancreatic cancer by up to 23 per cent,and not only that but also researchers at Cornell University have identified several compounds – triterpenoids – in apple peel that have potent anti-growth activities against cancer cells in the liver, colon and breast,and also the apple contain a fibers  and if you take high intake of fibers it will help reduce risk of colorectal cancer,as i mentioned, which its recommended by National Cancer Institute in the U.S.

  2. We eat apples all the time around our house. We stock up in the fall because we have a wonderful apple orchard not far from our home. Doesn’t matter what color or size we love our apples. Glad to know we are eating something healthy.

  3. Good to know this benefits for apple very informative, i eat apples often. We will feel these benefits if we constantly consume healthy food!
